This piece is about living without my Mother for 13 years. I had the text of a letter embroidered onto the pillows. It reads, "Dear Elizabeth, I hope we get lots of snow tonight so we can play in it. Love Mom"

This piece represents the 10 out of 38 years that my Mother was able to spend with me. The 10 pink are on the floor seperate, with a pink thread attached from them to the wall, with the shadow traced suggesting a lost presence.
